Matthew - 47, novice smoker.
My buddy upgraded to a nice high-end smoker and gifted me his small 3 in 1 he got off Amazon a couple of years back. I tried some venison that he also gifted me and it was DRY... I followed instructions, brined, seasoned, waited for an internal temp of 132 F and it was terrible... so I'm looking...- matthewojela0
