Used two years. Needs to be cleaned after last summers smoking. Also comes with wood chips, aluminum pans. All 4 racks (all in good shape), cover, and a high voltage extension cord.
Second attempt.
Pre-trim: 18.8lb prime from Costco.
Post: 15.3lb.
Smoker: MBE 40”
Seasoning: mustard binder, hard 8 bbq (outta Dallas). Basically salt, pepper, garlic.
Wood: Post oak

I’m new to the Seattle area and looking for a place to buy a brisket flat. Costco seems like the only place I’ve seen briskets and it’s always the whole thing. I’m not really sure how to break them down.
