My first post about my Pitts and Spitts Maverick 850 came up short as I forgot to take pictures of the money shot of my Wagyu brisket. Learned my lesson. Here are the baby backs and pulled pork from today. Turned out oh so good.
First smoke on the new Pitts & Spitts smoker. Akaushi Wagyu brisket. 😋. The yellow mustard and Meat Church Holy Cow seasoning combination worked perfectly. I obviously need some practice on the butcher paper “tight wrap”. 🤣
BC Buck wanted to know what I was considering and today I made a decision when I went to my local grill store to buy some Lumber Jack pellets. There sitting on the floor was the Pitts & Spitts Maverick 850. It was the only one they had. The P&S website shows out of stock as did the website...
