MES 340G inoperable and needs updates
So i received a brand new and made inoperable MES 340G from a friend. It was replaced under warranty and I "in-op'd" for her with a spare cut cord and some photos to MasterBuilt. Masterbuilt MES 340G shows "ERR1" on power up
Got this smoker from a friend. They received it as a wedding gift and it sat around forever as they receive a Green Egg for their wedding also. I unboxed it and receive the ERR1 upon start up.
