I have never had Wagyu steak and would like to try with some family coming into town and they are fellow meat lovers. Are their any mail order places that somebody could recommend? I actually see Sam’s club has it from time to time, but not sure how it is but most of their meat is pretty good...
Im looking at adding to my grill collection, i want a weber kettle with the vortex primarily for cooking wings, they are a favorite of mine. In the 22” size is the premium worth the extra $50 bucks, looks like the bottom vent/charcoal remover thing is the big difference?

When i make a thread with my iphone as i take pictures the newest photo goes to the top, which is opposite of how you read top to bottom. How does one get the pictures to land where you need them?
Well i recently made two posts on here, one for pastrami and the other salsa. Now i’m making a redneck breakfast with both.

Alright, i was digging through my freezer and found two of the bagged corned beefs that are on sale at St. Patricks Day. Going to start by soaking in water for 24hrs to knock the salt out.
I have two of those bagged corned beef briskets that are always on sale after St. Pats day in the freezer. I have the cooking process in mind to smoke for 4-5 hrs at 200 then SV for 30 hrs like another member on here did.
My question is about the prep; should i just soak/ rinse in cold water...
