Any disadvantages to smoking smaller butts?
This is probably a dumb question, but I just got 4 butts in the 5.5 - 6.5lb range to smoke tomorrow for a little get together. Every other time I’ve done butts they were much larger (9-11lb) but the store didn’t have much of a selection this time. On the bright side I don’t have to stay up...- Butt Rubbin' Meat Puller
