So today I went out bought a pork shoulder and some minced beef and some minced pork, realising I didn’t have a lot of lumpwood and charcoal I decided to do everything.
With no idea what I was going to make exactly but...
so went for a walk this morning was supposed to pick up a pork shoulder... ended up getting a whole Chicken.
I’ve never spatchcocked a chicken so that was abit of fun haha.
No idea where to start I did the forum search, made my own Rub (s, p, mustard, garlic, paprika, sugar) then got myself...
