22 pound pork butt
I just got a recent tec 680. I have cook on a Uds but not a pellet smoker. What's the best way to go about cooking this beast and how long will.ot take.- Dogrunner

First Usd build
Made this today. I made a lid out of another barrel that turned out to be a little bigger project than I was hoping. Just need to come up with a Handel and a charcoal box hopefully season it tomorrow.- Dogrunner

Looking for some help planing a smoker build
I'm looking to build a smoker either a vertical or an offset. Right know I'm trying to figure out how big to make it. I'd like to.be able to fit 10 to 12 racks of baby backs. Any ideas on how big need to make it thanks- Dogrunner
