Turkey Day Practice
Did this today on my Treager. First time for turkey on the pellet pooper. Had actual turkey gravy from the drippings. -

What The Hell Is This Lady Thinking ????
The "Mother Nature" lady .... This is October 4th!!!!!! Not November!!!!! About 4" out there and still comming down. Already had to drag tree branches to the back 40. It's a heavy snow ... hear branches cracking every once in a while. That lady is on drugs or something.- cajun_1

UDS Yard Birds
Did some "yard birds" yesterday. They were brined overnight and then 1/2ed. One rubbed with evoo and lemon pepper. The other, evoo and cavenders. Tossed on the UDS. Temp ran 275-300 degrees. -
