hey y'all I'm David 35 from small town in West Virginia. New to smoking so any tips would be appreciated. I use a Masterbuilt Electric smoker and have made some pretty amazing things on it so far. Also that was less desired. I'm willing to learn from everyone!!!
every time I smoke Baby back ribs they turn out amazing or they turn out tough. I smoke them the same way every time and I use the 2-2-1 method. Any suggestions on what I could be doing wrong? Maybe its meat quality? I'm just trying to figure it out because I'm new to smoking but the doing it...
