So I'm smoking 2 8 pound pork shoulders, and 3 racks of ribs. I'm using a masterbuild smoker, so I had to cut each rack in half. I will be cooking the ribs on the 2 bottom shelf in my smoker. Since they are at the bottom and cut in half will they be over cooked if I smoke them for 6 hours?
New member here. Names Steve from Buffalo. Currently using a Masterbuilt propane smoker. Been smoking for about a year now. Only tried chicken, pulled pork, and ribs. Still need to work on getting a feel for it all. Looking foward to everyones experience and wisdom.
