I've been wanting a smoker for a few years and recently decided to go ahead and get one. I've always loved grilling but wanted to always smoke low and slow. I got a Pitboss pellet smoker. I've done a pork loin, baby backs, and yesterday some wings. Well I decided it was time for a pork butt...
Decided to try some baby backs today on the smoker. Turned out pretty good. Just used a rub and didn't foil. 5 hours at 225. They were just right for not fall off the bone.
