I'm a medical device rep, before that was a Surgical Tech in the O.R. I have a Masterbuilt Electric Smoker. Love it bc it's easy to use and I can control it from my phone while watching the game. From Kentucky. Looking to learn new tricks here on the site. -
New cold smoker (MES)
I'm sure this has been discussed but I'm trying out my cold smoker on a butt today and I'm not really seeing the smoke I thought I would. I've poked the wood chips to make sure they aren't stuck. Vent is open, I just thought I would have a charmer of smoke when I look through the glass but...- joshua04
