Hello. I started in to smoking with a charbroil vertical propane smoker. Mods being, added shelf at the bottom for pie pan water tray ( can use the whole bottom for chips). Adjustable regulator and smaller Orpheus so can control at much lower Temps. Added gasket around door and chip tray. Also...
