I would like to get some advise on smoking a boneless turkey breast. I want to do this for Thanksgiving this year and have not done one before. Any advise and assistance will be greatly appreciated

So I just finished my first runs in the smoker. Rub had brown sugar, paprika, cayenne, black pepper, salt, onion powder, and garlic powder. Put rub on then waited an hour. Cooked at 225 for theee hours then wrapped in foil it's a ittle Shock Top Belgium ale cooked for another 2 hours. Finally...
