Got my first butt going in my new MES, having hard time with this patience thing. Did a light coat of mustard and then a rub. Let marinate overnight in fridge and pop in smoker this morning. So far looks good. Hopefully gets some pics of finished product before family gets it.
First time post'er from the foothills of Western North Carolina. Planning to purchase a MES 40" electric smoker in the next few days. Looking forward to joining and learning how to be a pit master for my family.
