Hosting the fathers day cookout this year... Don't feel like getting up at 4am on Sunday to start cooking ribs so was going to do them on Thursday my day off and then just heat them up Sunday morning along with chicken wings I was going to do ahead of time.
Ribs will be smoked with a dry rub...
So, for Passover this year, the usual brisket maker it out of town so I was asked to take over the duty and I said "sure, if instead of the traditional brisket, I want to do a smoked brisket".... and the drooling response was yes...
So, i did a test run this weekend... my smoker is small so...
