Hi all, I'm in Milwaukee, WI and new to this. My wife got Mr a smoker for Christmas and I have yet to use it. I was looking to try it this weekend and was looking for a place to find simple starter recipe and tips. I have a Master built electric smoker. Thanks -

I'm new to smoking and just received a Masterbuilt electric smoker as a gift and was told to check out this site. This is my first time here and have yet to use the smoker. I am going to check for some simple recipes to try this weekend.
