I'm looking at this smoker and like the idea of setting on a craftsman toolchest. Question is, what is the outside dimensions of the feet? I have a 24" chest that is 24x13 on top. This is the next size down from the 27" that someone posted pictures of, but it looks like a fair bit of room left...
I thought I bookmarked it, but I guess I didn't. I think it was Chef Jimmy's but not sure. It had rosemary, that's the one thing that sticks out in my mind. Plus the basics, salt, cbp, onion, garlic, etc. maybe paprika, maybe cumin, maybe cayenne.
I've searched for 3 hours now and can't find it...
Tons of recipes calling for brown sugar. But I'm not used to brown sugar in anything except baking. Baking recipes are specifically called out as a PACKED cup, Tbsp, etc. Occasionally there will be a SIFTED measurement, but again always specified.

Stainless inside and out. Motors, fans and compressor had been removed...

Evening Gents.
While I figure out what smoker I'm going to buy or build, my mom offered to let me borrow hers. Between her and her new husband they have 3 now and the Green Egg gets most the love. So I went from a borrowed MES40 to a borrowed Cookshack Original. Aside from being tiny with...
Hello gents.
I've been poking around and have come to the realization that I'm going to have to build a smoker to get what I want. Some of you guys fab-from-scratch jobs are quite impressive, but I've got 2 young kids and just don't have time for that kind of project right now. However, I have...
I've been lurking and reading or a week or so now, figured I probably better start an account and become active.
I'm the household cook and a constant tinkerer. Grill, smoker, oven or stove there isn't much I can't cook, but a lot I choose not to cook.
I added a smoke box and rotisserie to my...
