Fired up the MES because after getting the stomach flu (twice in 2 weeks) it's time to eat good food. Yesterday was 60 degrees, today almost 6" of snow
Shot a nice moose last week and had to try a beer can burger. Fried some mushrooms and peppers. Topped with pepper jack cheese and sprinkled some smoked paprika and chipotle chili powder before going into the smoker.

Though I just signed up to this site I have been watching and learning on here for a little bit. I have a MES sportsman elite and also use a friend's homemade smoker. I do everything from pork to venison. Looking forward to sharing my smokes with everyone.
