Questions about smoking a butt.
Typically I smoke a butt and once it reaches 165 wrap it in foil until it hits 200-205. My questions.... -Do you all usually mix the juices from the foil in while shredding? -If I put it in a pan, once it reaches 165 will it develop a better bark than wrapping? - Will I still get a fair...
