1st time on new smoker!!
i bought this Dyna-Glo smoker about a week ago, assembled it and seasoned it the first night. Well now its time for the first run on it. I have a 14lb. Brisket and 9 lb. Pork butt on it. The brisket has been in for almost 8 hours now and the pork just now got put in. I havent had any trouble...- cbdubb420
