A buddy of mine cook some steaks last night and then had to rush off and do something else and the steak sat out all night. He cooked them, medium rare. I’m thinking they’re probably not good. What do you say?- Timber II

Excessive cook time
The first thing I would do is get another temp probe in there and see if the actual smoker temp is what the masterbuilt says it is.- Timber II

Thanks boys. Thems just regular largemouth bass fish. Come from a healthy 10 acre lake. I’ve ate a bunch of Gar fish so them are a delicacy. The bass are flakey and not greasy and my wife likes them so I just keep cookin them!- Timber II
