I ordered some replacement knobs from Amazon. Not BS direct replacements but ones I thought that might work better. They came with 3 different sized inserts. I may be able to use the two other sizes if they are modified to fit large diameter shaft. I will put a shut off right at the gas...
Looking good. Practice makes it fun too. Make sure to rest. I don't peek or spritz. Racks get a squirt of sauce and double foil wrap. Into the cooler for 45-60 minutes. They finish fine.

Bill,
The set up for my RV is a little different from home. At home I have a cart that accommodates a 20lb cylinder. My travel trailer carries 2 30lb cylinders in the nose. This runs the furnace, gas stove and hot water heater (switchable electric/gas) I have a quick connect with a valve...
Hey just a quick FYI on Blackstone griddles in general. I have a 22" BS and it's about 4 years old, it travels with me [camper] so it has over 10,000 miles of bouncing down the road.
I made hashbrowns on Inauguration day and turned off the grill (so I thought) and left them on the griddle...

Can't go wrong with MSI. That's what I used when I was building them. It been a while. I've gone the high end laptop now. I do video editing and captures.
Check on your video card options. They are pricey. Any high end NVidia will do. Once again higher numbers in video ram = more $$...
Welcome from Ohio. We refer to your state as the state up north. Have fun and ask lots of questions.

I've had some major skunk problems due to housing growth in my neighborhood. With no habitat they have come to my property. It's a problem when I can't walk across the yard to the shop/smoker area without running into a skunk. One year I got 8 of them the next 10 that was about 4 years ago...
You may have to roll your own. I haven't bought any but the are a lot of non hybrid heirloom seed suppliers our there.

We have had this all metal "Frugal Gourmet" for 40+ years. We got it as a gift for donating to our local educational TV station. It's all brass on the outside and cast iron innards. The handle folds in half and it broke about 15 years ago. That allen screw on the handle is my patch job...
We got an Avid Armor USVX. Game changer vacuum packing soups and sauces saving lots of space in the freezer. They have scratch and dent sales too. Just put your name on the list and you'll get an email when one is available..
Fantastic customer service! Only regret is that I should have...
You really don't need heavy guage. I used a pole from my son's basketball hoop. It's maybe 1/16" thick. You could fab it from that and add straight sides for an oval shape. 4 sides for square, large angle irons.

Ryan, my wife is the one who makes the pierogis for our household. She uses the kitchen-aide dough recipe, just flour, eggs, water and a pinch of salt. She makes them every year for Christmas Eve Vilija meal. This is a meal for about 20 people so she makes about 200 potato/cheese and about 50...
