Lol . was at the Goodwill last Thursday and they had 4 or 5 HotWheels in the blister pack . One was a pickup . Queso Chicken Enchilada Recipe?
Thanks . If you like the corn flavor for these , and are using flour tortillas , add some hominy or fritos to the mix . Masa harina works too , but that thickens it up some . The fritos will disolve , and add great corn flavor . Yup , black olives , green chili , corn , whatever profile you... -

Looks good Charles . Not sure if you've watched any of the Life of Fire series with Pat Martin . Season 1 eps. 5 he goes to see Chris Lilly at Big Bob's . It's a good one . Pop's was made for poultry . Love it on chicken , and the orange extract is a good add . Nice cook bud . -

Good choice in my opinion . I have the SmokeFire , and one thing it does well is grilling . It's design is more open than the Searwood , but have heard the Searwood does good as a grill too .- chopsaw

Salsa recipe search
Sample that one I posted . Great on tacos . Only draw back to it , is it gets watered down as it sits , because of expelled moisture . Slotted spoon helps with that .- chopsaw

Top blade Flat Iron Chicken steak.
Top blade come from the shoulder / chuck area . Roast or cut into steaks like you have . Maybe " chicken steak " means for chicken fried ? Looks like it did it right though . Those cuts have great beef flavor ususally .- chopsaw
