    Well, we just finished eating. Here's the result: I pulled them off the smoker at an IT around 115-120. Put the loins on a hot grill until IT hit around 135. Rested for 20 min. Not overdone like last time. Had the thin ends for a couple people that don't like as much pink. Flavor was really good...

    Your not going to get a ton of liquid. Wouldn't hurt to check the fridge temp and make sure you are not on the edge of freezing....
