Well, we just finished eating.
Here's the result:
I pulled them off the smoker at an IT around 115-120.
Put the loins on a hot grill until IT hit around 135.
Rested for 20 min.
Not overdone like last time.
Had the thin ends for a couple people that don't like as much pink.
Flavor was really good...
Hi All! Smoking some beef tenderloins at work again for a late lunch.
I've posted a couple of these.
Last one, I over shot my finished temp.
Just put them in the smoker and will update when done.
Running the smoker around 150-180, Going to finish on the grill.
Let's see if I can manage to not...

Ella, an electric fence could work. You would probably need two strands of wire to keep things from going under or over. Maybe use the white horse electric fence tape. Two inches wide and adds a visual.
Also, if you were to look it up. There are many different types of audible deterants.
