    Kamado restore

Nice project! How much this model retail as new ? These seem to crack pretty easily, but i guess its just a price to pay for high-heat and good insulating. Insulating is better than Weber smokers, can you notice the difference on the amount on fuel ?

    Pellet smokers superior ?

I heard from few places that these are going to eventually dethrone traditional smokers wich burn wood, lump and briquettes. I was little suprised for this, i really dont believe this, but is there a bit of truth in it ? Everybody seems to be very happy with the pellet smokers, easy to use and...

    Pork Sirloin roasts today.

What was the cooking temp ? I guess its ok to use much higher temps for sirloin compared to ribs etc. Sirloin seems to be very underappreciated around bbq smokers.

What is this part of the pork ?

Almost all the cuts you use in states are almost impossible to find here in finland. Here its more just sirloin, tenderloin and some pork neck (kassler). Alltought things are slowly getting better since people are growing in to a bbq.

What is this part of the pork ?

I know its part of the ribs (called grillside here in Fin), but it cant be called ribs since this is much thicker part and has thick layer of fat. For my taste this is even better than normal ribs, you cant dry these out and its very juicy! Usually the bones are crosswise just like they are on...
