    Just pulled them to put in the oven in foil.  Once they reach 160 I will open nd start to slather with Sweet Baby Rays

    Gonna smoke them for a couple hours and perhaps place them in foil and into the oven.

    i will say I am not a big fan of the applewood chips.  I will just stick to the mesquite chips that I harvest from my pile of fire wood.

    Thanks.  I searched yesterday for at least a half an hour trying to find it.   BTW... Ribs are in the smoker as we speak.

    it reads about 32.5 in ice water and I am starting some water to boil right now.

    Anyone have any idea what model this is?  I saw it on the shelf at Walmart in no package without any tags or anything.  They could not figure out how much it cost so they sold it to me for the lowest price of any thermometers.  I got it for $7.  What do you guys think?

    OK boys and girls here is a rack of ribs that have been salted, rubbed in olive oil and dry rubbed with some special homemade seasoning.  I think they will go on in the morning ready for early evening dinner.  Thoughts?
