    meat grinders question

    Has anyone used a kitchenaid stand mixer meat grinder. My girlfriend loves to bake and its time to step up and buy a good mixer and would like to know if the grinder and stuffer is worth this set up being purchased. Thanks in advance for all responses.

    I'm with mballi I bought a heavy duty one from bed bath beyond. It has 2 different size needles one of witch I can inject Italian dressing without straining.

    Putting fat cap up helps. And maybe try a OJ injection right before q I like that and cooking with those acids help break down the meat

    Smokenleo I hope those holes are about 3/8 inch so ur ash will fall through. Like caveman I bought a wsm on the 2nd and now waiting for it to come in. Don't trust ur thermometer mine is off by atleast 50* lower than actual temp.
