I found a couple bottles at my local Stater Brothers here in Southern California- It blew my mind. It’s special occasion for now until I find more, lol.
Yeah definitely. Hopefully everything works out for him and his family. Im sure it’s been a lot of ups and downs. It’s also nice to have a quality pit builder in socal. So selfishly, unless you’re starting a lineup of those gravity pits, we need someone like SG Metal works to give us options.
Thanks for the updates. I was looking at SG metal works because I’m in socal and had to go another route. Looks like Shane might be back to building just pipe smokers from a update I saw a few weeks ago. Great job on the gravity and congrats on the offset.
How does that top rack preform? does is run a lot hotter than the lower rack? Do you still get good smoke on your meat up there? I'm looking at ordering one of these and the top rack is on my list, I just want to make sure it's going to be useful for my application.
Looks good. Congrats on the new smoker! You'll find it's addicting. Good move on already having the maverick, that'll definatly help out. Now it's taste test after taste test.
Smoking Shaun 86, I'm not sure where in so cal you are located but in chino there is a place called hottingers family meats. They've been around forever and would ether have or be able to get anything u could ever want. They butcher full animals and carry a lot of hard to find items.
Yea jrod, what seperates ur mod from all of these gromets web sites are selling, is using the lamp fittings u can cap ur probe holes. It was a great idea that is cash efficient.
