You forgot to add that you will need to purchase a leather punch for your belt because your waistline is going to grow ! Or better yet just get some Spandex , It's easier to deal with !
When I joined this site and I knew going in that my waistline was in for trouble and I was correct on that but I like to think that if you stay active you can still get away with some indulging and after all we all know how good life is when were HAPPY .

I've smoked a lot of trout and I just used seasoned salt and pepper with some garlic powder and smoked them in the "Chief" brand smoker. It doesn't last very long because it tastes so good you gobble it up. Alder is my go to for fish but apricot and peach give a nice mild flavor to fish, Good luck

Hey Bill I am looking for a slicer for the bacon and I saw that you own a Chef's choice 610 . Does it work good for bacon and what size chunk will it slice?
Here's the finished product. It turned out just fine and I can make adjustments if I so choose to do this again but I will try a few different recipe's in the future and get it right where I like it best. Thank's for all the help and advice
