    Smoking B I've been using Famous Dave's spicy pickle juice for a year now. I don't think I'll change any time soon. Everyone says they are great and very surprised when I tell them about the pickle juice. Give it a try some time and I'd be interested in your thoughts.

    That is true Disco but I use the colder months to try to lose all I packed on during the warmer months. I'm always vacuum packing for the colder months.

    thanks for all the great advice from everyone . . . I adjusted my clock and started earlier, so far so good. after 13 hours in the smoker, wrapped in foil and now the waiting/pacing   :)
