Smoking B I've been using Famous Dave's spicy pickle juice for a year now. I don't think I'll change any time soon. Everyone says they are great and very surprised when I tell them about the pickle juice.
Give it a try some time and I'd be interested in your thoughts.
Hello everyone. I know bacon wrapped chicken breasts are done a lot so it might be a little repetitive. But here are mine.
12 chicken breast injected with Famous Dave's spicy pickle juice, then vacuumed packed in same juice (not delituted) for 24+ hours.
Pad dry but not risened.

That is true Disco but I use the colder months to try to lose all I packed on during the warmer months. I'm always vacuum packing for the colder months.
Been a long winter and the near spring temps had me breaking out my gas Masterbuilt for some ribs.
Used the 3-2-1 method, Jeff's rub, amazing tube pellet with mix (what ever had spilled out in the bottom of the tote) of everything in it.
Threw in a couple potatoes for twice baked, wonderful...
I know this is an older post but this is what I have done in the past and it seems to work out really well . . . I brine my hens over night in pickle juice, Famous Dave's Hot is my preferred one . . I stop by the locate butcher and get a couple of pounds of pork fat and lay that on a rack above...

everything went great, the timing was spot on . . . no left overs at all. sorry I can't post a picture because my daughter deleted it by mistake
but I have a question, when I pulled from the smoker, wrapped in towel and placed in a cooler to transport to banquet sight (about 55 minutes) they...

after 13 hours in the smoker, wrapped in foil and now the waiting/pacing :)
