This is on my grill that will be retired after Christmas so I do...
Just wanted to re-introduce myself. I have been a member since 08 but sold my smoker a little over 2 years ago due to moving from FL back to GA for work. I just today replaced it with a Master Forge gasser for $148. Only the wife and I so do not need a big one.
I have it seasoning as I am...
I found this info at http://www.yodersmokers.com/tips.html and thought I would share. Some very good advice for all of us.
Number 10 is rather confusing to me...cold meat is cold meat no matter the experience of the person doing the smoking. Maybe one of our "Learned Masters" can explain.

Anyway...if you will open the file (yes..virus free) and follow the presentation to the very end...
I saw the thread on boiled peanuts and totally agree. But I have also found a new favorite snack in fried peanuts. I am from the south so will try pretty much anything if it get dunked in hot oil long enough.

I am having a heck of a time finding jalapenos that are large enough for me to fix without making a "boat" out of them. Most of the ones I am finding (and I have looked all over town) are just a couple of inches long.
I saw some Anaheim peppers at Publix that were good size and thought about...
I have had a Ryobi 18 volt rechargeable tool kit for 5 or 6 years now and the batteries simply quit charging. This is the kit you could buy at Home Depot with the drill, small circular saw, flashlight and reciprocating saw.
I was about to shell out $40 for a new set of batteries and thought I...
Barack Obama, the Presidential Democratic Party candidate, is for banning all guns in America . He is considered by those who have dealt with him as a bit more than just a little self-righteous.
At a recent rural elementary school assembly in East Texas, he asked the audience for total quiet...
One of the major dislikes I had about the Brinkman Vertical is how low it sits. To do any wood chunk/meat checking you had to dang near get on your knees. I have no problem getting down...gravity works with me...getting up...that is a different story!!!!
As I was loading our stuff in TN up...
My new Nail Gun, made by Dewalt.

This makes construction a real breeze…you can sit in your lawn chair and build a fence.
Just get the wife and kids to hold the fence boards in place while you sit back, relax with a cold beer, when they have...
Notice the beautiful presentation......the offset layering of the rib sections. The ying and the yang of the smooth square bowl of cole slaw to the elegantly sloping round french fry bowl. The downhome atmosphere provided by the white paper "tablecloth".
Ahhh...the light brushing of bbq...
I ran across this today while doing some research on a business trip I will start on Saturday and thought I would share.

A minister was completing a temperance sermon. With great emphasis he said, "If I had all the beer in the world, I'd take it and pour it into the river."
With even greater emphasis he said, "And if I had all the wine in the world, I'd take it and pour it into the river."
And then finally...
I read "The Rules" and did not see anything in regards to sharing links where files are stored. I have placed a couple of PDF's that I use from time to time out on the web in the new Microsoft Skydrive service.
Please feel free to grab these if you would like. I do have current Antivirus...
