I have never had a problem with having it reheated but always liked pulling it out in front of everyone... not that I couldn't just reheat it in the smoker to give that same effect.... some thinking to do....
Welcome Grimey! I think we have all been where you are... I find myself taking 12-14 hours for a full pork butt so if I am entertaining at lunch I'll often put it in between 12-2am. Admittedly I have an electric smoker and use smoking pellets so it is much less hands on while I sleep...
Noble confession! I actually haven't had the focal banger, the heady is the only one I can get here on a semi-regular basis with some free-spirited traveling friends. Have a great trip!
Thanks! They were great, I've been on a red onion kick lately and having some chopped up small with the ninja and mixed throughout really added a nice touch!
