Took 7 months for mine to come in. Bunch of run around claiming supply chain issues. But now I’m really doing well. I’m a side and belly sleeper but the specialist got me on the right mask. One of the more expensive ones of course.
Made one of those a month ago. Same situation saw it on big sale and took a chance. It was awesome. Don’t have access to recipe right now but I think I cooked at 300 or 350 on pellet grill. Pulled off at 145 if I remember correctly. It was very good.
I have a two year old Inkbird 4 probe unit. It is now out of warranty. I have 1 meat temp probe and the pit temp probe not working. Looking for a more robust probe that fits the Inkbird. Does anyone have any recommendations.
