Help smoker turned off
Help please. Started a 10lb pork butt at 5pm. When I went sleep at 10pm, the internal temp was 135°. Well I woke up at 215 and the smoker was off. Internal temp was 140° and smoker temp was 78°. Hey guys. Started my pork butt yesterday at 5pm. When I went to sleep at 10pm, the internal temp was 135°. I calculated the smoker turned off around 1245am.
