I've not posted in a bit, but have had the smoker running a lot nonetheless. I'll put up a post every couple days this week to show everyone what I've been up to.
Recently came across a dough recipe that has made the best at-home pizza I've had.

Awesome looking plate! Those ribs look absolutely killer. I'd be interested to hear more about how you did your turkey as well--naked the whole time? What IT and how long roughly?
It turned out great, but I can't say I've had many bad "smoked" old fashioneds haha
Thanks, Bear!
It's a must try, big thanks to Bangster on the idea. Really great.
Thanks, xray! I got real lucky with those
Appreciate it Ray!
Thank you!
Been laying low for the last week plus. Really happy we got the move done before things got bad. Hope everyone is staying safe!

Thanks, Jake! It'll get the job done so no complaints here.
Thanks, considering it was cooked on a small camping grill I'll take it haha
Thank you, I've been enjoying the leftovers all week!
Thank you...
Didn't have time for a full smoke this weekend, but I did manage to steal a little time to cook up a pork tenderloin for Sunday night dinner. No before/during cook pics but a good looking plate for the after.
Grilled over charcoal at low heat until it registered about 135-140 IT, then build up...
I can relate on the cholesterol. It's frustrating because you ask 4 different docs or nutritionists and you get four diff answers on what to eat or stay away from. The internet is even worse. I made some major changes where I cut out eggs (except egg whites) and was only eating meat once a day...
