    Best Homemade Pizza I've Made

I've not posted in a bit, but have had the smoker running a lot nonetheless. I'll put up a post every couple days this week to show everyone what I've been up to. Recently came across a dough recipe that has made the best at-home pizza I've had. https://www.pizzamaking.com/lehmann-nystyle.php...

Sunday Afternoon Spares and Tenderlions w pics

Awesome looking plate! Those ribs look absolutely killer. I'd be interested to hear more about how you did your turkey as well--naked the whole time? What IT and how long roughly?

Bone-in Pork Shoulder - Need some ideas for something other than pulled pork

JMO, but at that size I'd cut it in half as best you can and leave the money muscle in tact for the pulled side (you can slice it instead of pulling).

Quarantine Smokes (Baby Backs, Beef Short Rib, Old Fashioneds)

Been laying low for the last week plus. Really happy we got the move done before things got bad. Hope everyone is staying safe! I haven't spent as much time on my computer lately, so while the smoker has been up and running, I haven't posted! Figured I'd catch up all in one post. Baby Back...

Not easily. Kitchen aid mixer with the grinder attachment and no casings.

Bone-in Pork Shoulder - Need some ideas for something other than pulled pork

I've got a bone-in pork shoulder sitting in the freezer that I want to smoke since I'm relegated to home with time on my hands. I've got a good amount of frozen pulled pork, so I don't want to do more of that. What should I do? I'd love to use it multiple ways since it is a few pounds of meat...

    Reverse Seared Pork Tenderloin

Not pictured: all the slices I ate while cutting for "quality testing" :emoji_laughing: Thanks, Jake! It'll get the job done so no complaints here. Thanks, considering it was cooked on a small camping grill I'll take it haha Thank you, I've been enjoying the leftovers all week! Thank you...

    Reverse Seared Pork Tenderloin

Didn't have time for a full smoke this weekend, but I did manage to steal a little time to cook up a pork tenderloin for Sunday night dinner. No before/during cook pics but a good looking plate for the after. Grilled over charcoal at low heat until it registered about 135-140 IT, then build up...

    Leaner meats to smoke

I can relate on the cholesterol. It's frustrating because you ask 4 different docs or nutritionists and you get four diff answers on what to eat or stay away from. The internet is even worse. I made some major changes where I cut out eggs (except egg whites) and was only eating meat once a day...
