    just foiled the ribs, did the butts earlier but forgot to take a pic. The ribs are tender and delicious already. The butts are at 192, the drumsticks are at 180. Everything is looking good.

    okay, 2 1/2 hours into the smoke. Adding the ribs & turkey these are country ribs, so I'm going to try 3.5-2-1. I'll keep you posted!
