In Need of a Good Butcher Shop in Phoenix Area

Hi guys,       I'm getting really close to completing my RFS conversion to my horizontal smoker, and am about to start looking around town for good butchers.  If the shop is really phenomenal I don't have a problem driving, but if youl know any in or around Glendale that would be preferable...

One of the houses is Firewood by Jerry, which google maps has down on Greenway and 7th St, which is incorrect.

    wood

This might be the same place, but their address is  1416 E Aire Libre Ave Phoenix, AZ 85022 There are two houses on this street that sell a good variety of wood. Much better pricing than anywhere else I've seen.

    Door sealant

No problem. I think if it works well and isn't a total butcher job on the gasket, it'll be fine. As long as you can make great food I don't think anybody will mind.

    Door sealant

I'm using Imperial oven gasket tape. Haven't installed it yet so I don't have a personal review yet, but I saw quite a few people using it in their builds. I've also heard that lavalock works well.

    Good Dependable Cutlery

Thanks for the info! I have definitely seen a trend of people pleased with their Victorinox knives on other threads, but I wasn't seeing much of a trend of anything else. I guess I saw Henkle pop up a couple of times, but when I looked online for pricing they seemed a little out of my budget. I...

    Good Dependable Cutlery

I know this isn't really a smoking gadget, but I've been curious on types of cutlery and which brands are known for their quality.  Can anybody help me out with a little guidance?
