    I've been eyeballing them (the 48 patio), their website could use a few more pics. Is there a damper between the fire box and the smoke chamber or just the one on the fire box? Can you just load it up (firebox) and control the temps with the damper on the fire box? This Char Griller I have...

    Here's the finished product. Fattie outside Fattie inside Ohhhh man, it was soooooo good! I'm not sure what happened to the end of that one in the middle. We killed the fattie but have a bunch of ribs left over, not that there's anything wrong with that. GO BUCS!!!! Oh yeah...

    First Smoked Boston Pork Shoulder!! Qview

    I used apple juice on mine and on my ribs. Be quick about it though, you'll lose heat when you open it. No peeking.
