    I've gotten into the habit of cooking some big batch or pot of something about once a week, and I freeze the extra into individual serving sizes. Makes it nice and easy for later.

    Elf, for brats go with 225 or so and 2 hours to get them all the way done. You can also smoke them just long enough to get the flavor, so maybe an hour? and cut a slit down the middle or spiralize so you get more smoke flavor everywhere. Toss them in a pan or in the oven to finish off.

    Can Fedex deliver anything without damaging ?

    FedEx is terrible. 🥴 I shipped some bbq sauce to a vendor in California and went with Fedex a couple of times because they were a bit cheaper on the bigger boxes. Ended up losing money because we had to ship replacement bottles for breakage, so UPS it is.

    My favorite place in Tulsa for hot dogs is downtown - Coney Island at 1st & Boulder. Your sauce looks similar to theirs, so I'm definitely going to try it. They've been in Tulsa for almost 100 years. (next year)

    Thought I'd bump this thread :emoji_laughing::emoji_grin: Abigail is my middle name and 4476 is my birthday. (Just a few more months to half a century old!) Most people call me Abi, and my Mama called me Laurie (that's the first name), and she pronounced it Law-ry with a little drawl instead...
