    Chicken came out very good . I took it slow at first to learn the grill but after some messing around and 4 hours later she was done . Learned a lot today and feel good moving forward with the Pit Boss

    Hello, I posted a few days ago on getting the PB 700 FB you mentioned from Walmart. It is being delivered this Friday. I will post back on my experiences with it once I get it built and running. From what I've read in these forums, people seem to really like the REC-TEC models.
