XMAS is about here and I decided to get my smoke on. Tonight's dinner was spare ribs, Dutch's Wicked Baked Beans, Mac and cheese and Salad.. Dinner came out great. Probably the best ribs I have ever had.
The ribs came from Costco. I trimmed them up and rubbed them down with some Baron rub last...
Think you might have a virus. My Kapersky blocked a threat when I opened this thread which doesn't usually happen here. Your pics might have been removed as a result.
I can't help but wonder if the tenderness was really a result of how thin I sliced the meat.Either way, I will certainly be making this again. It was easy to make and the results were well beyond my expectations. Oddly enough, the next week we had a party at my brothers. He had ordered a deli...
I'm on it. They had the ones with the bone in em around Thanksgiving and that was exactly what I was going to look for. I'm reasonably certain they should have them now as well. My fingers are crossed! Thanks again!

My first butt was injected with Apple Juice. My last one I injected with Dr. Pepper. My last one was better than the first but I also smoked it in a different smoker and didn't foil it like my first one. That said, they both came out great and were argueably the best pulled pork I have ever had.
I had been considering a digital pellet smoker for a few months now and did a fair amount of research. I friend of mine had pointed out Traeger Grills but after doing a bunch of research and finding numerous complaints, I scratched that off my list. I was also searching the local craigslist when...
