    Given this a try today with a few mods one I subbed the Cajun seasoning didn't have any but will get some for the next one with a sweet and tangy spice from Weber and added in some garlic powder never enough garlic :)

    If they will read to 32 degrees take a glass cup fill it with ice then fill the glass half full with water and top of with ice, place the prob in the ice water you should read 32 degrees. As for adjusting not sure on that one.

    Not a bad waste of time thinking on that, Makes good scene to me. :) It also will keep you from opening the smoker more times then needed..
