It wasn't quite pulled pork but a wonderful roast and super moist and tender.... best roast i ever had and was my first smoke. Looks like it can only get better from here on :)

Got some other issues more important that charcoal. Getting the feeling fuel isn't as important as temperature and meat and sauce and........wow alot goes into a good smoke lol. I hope to master this sometime, already have half a notebook full of ideas for upgrades and otehr advice
Got my smoker cured kept a temp around 250 and lower. when I put the water bowl in the temp dropped dramatically and then would not climb above 125. The coal tray is solid with no hole seeing this in the store while shopping i had the idea to drill holes in the tray to allow air. now looking at...
