Did you see the smoke in this shot? I had the lid open for at least 3-4 minutes while we wrapped the meat and the wife got a pic. The smoker continued to hold the heat when I shut the lid. The recovery...

Good to hear you finally got your Lang. I had sent you a PM regarding your wood supply. You had mentioned what you were able to find in your area. What kind of wood were you able to find?
You didn't go to Georgia and pick it up yourself, did you? The truck in the picture looks like the truck...
I've dealt with their customer service department in the past with my MES 40.
Masterbuilt is fantastic. Every problem I have had, they fixed above and beyond.
