Yeah, I had some mystery pork...in another thread, I referred to it as pork Butt, A year ago I bought half a hog butchered, and the general consensus at work was that the butcher lost his way somewhere and just labeled it a pork roast...big gnarly bones in the middle...I was there with you bro...- Trailboss60

Life of Smoker Temp Gauge?
From pocket thermometers for cooking, to cigar humidor temp/ humidity gauges, to the Oklahoma Joe gauge on my NB Silver Smoker.... all the analog gauges are waay off. I know that at one time it was different when they were Made in the USA, but frankly, Digital gauges seem to be the only option...- Trailboss60
