    I started last and made it 800m ( two laps ) at 3.5 mph . My shoulder started hurting from earlier injury back in Jan from our house fire . I love walking and refuse to get any damn fatter . I will get this count up to a mile and then way beyond as healing permits . But hey two laps is a good...

    Hams should be cooked to 160 degrees F. Reheat fully cooked ham to 140 degrees F. Use a meat thermometer to be sure . I smoke mine until they hit 165 and then wrap them like a brisket and pour hot pineapple jiuce over the smoked ham wrapped in tight foil .

    It did drive me nuts , but man was it worth the wait . Outstanding is all I can say and just a three months ago I had never smoked one ever . When I thought of pork I thought of pork loins and ribs . Now I am all over the shoulder . THANKS TO ALL OF SMF ~

    Cooked three shoulders this weekend and all went well on two of them but I had 1 that took 17 hours to get to 200 degrees . It got to 160 faster than the other two but did it stall . This is my first time to get a stall this bad with a shoulder .

    There is a guy who comes by and picks ours up , grease from smoker and used peanut oil from deepfryers . I think he collects and takes down towards Autsin for Willie to make bio fuel out of it .
