I just finished a three month test of water usage . I cut 20 bucks a month off my water bill by setting my washing machine water leavel to medium instead of large . Two things happened ... my clothes came out cleaner and I cut my water bill . Less water in the drum allows the machine to agitate...

It's a fair place on a good day . You must pay if you want lean ( comes dry ) In Texas there are some really good "Q" joints but Rudy's is all hype without any substance . They have decent smoked turkey due to them injecting it with pepper . Where next Ron ?

Looks good , so after cooking for more time will they pull with ease ? I thought you had to hit 200 degrees for it to pull perfect and 195 to slice ?
Thanks for your answer .... I fully understand low and slow on brisket but not on pork yet but I plan on learning sooner rather than later .
