My company cook-off went well I got 1st in chicken(chicken medallion with bacon wrapped with pineapple on top), 3 rd in beef(BBQ meatloaf), 3rd in pork(spare ribs) and 3 rd overall
After I shot field dressed it left in cooler on ice 7 days changing ice every other day then put in freezer1-2 months later I smoked them and made pulled pork ,I also used Tony chacherres Cajun butter as my injection.
